Join our growth-driven Seed Series startup as a Growth Marketing Associate.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, in this role, you'll be at the forefront of building and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth. This dynamic role will lead the charge on several initiatives including but not limited to: promotional and lifecycle campaigns, sales enablement development, and maintenance and optimization of our CRM instance.

Responsibilities:
Plan promotional calendar and curate shoppable collections and marketing emails accordingly
Build lifecycle email campaigns, identifying areas of opportunity to increase conversion and/or order velocity
Assist in developing sales enablement assets including presentations, demos, and curated product collections
Maintain organic social programming calendar and strategy for growing reach and engagement
Monitor, analyze and report on social and email performance relevant to the success of the business
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns
Collect, analyze and deliver competitive research on a regular cadence
Optimize and maintain Mable CRM (Hubspot) including segmentation, workflows, contact management etc.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing/growth role
Experience with ecommerce is a plus, preferably in a smaller environment with experience owning marketing projects from beginning to end
Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong writing skills and a sharp attention to detail
Proven ability to assess and order priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and anticipate/plan ahead in an ever-changing environment
Experience with a CRM system, preferably Hubspot
Preference for startup environment
Willingness to travel to 3-5 tradeshows/year
